Lead Design Initiative

We're seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers and contribute to strategic projects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs that are innovative, visually compelling and aligned with business goals.

About the Role

You will:

  • Drive end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery
  • Inspire a team of talented designers
  • Collaborate with Consultants, Vendors and Marketing teams
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders - Collaborate with clients & translate their vision
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability and performance standards
  • Set new benchmarks in design innovation

Requirements

We seek:

  • 8–10 years of experience in interior design/architecture
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and creative thinking
  • A strong portfolio across corporate & residential projects leadership + project management skills
  • The ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience mentoring and leading design teams
  • Proficiency in design tools (Auto CAD, SketchUp, etc.)
