Job Title: Senior Flutter Developer

About the Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced and skilled developer to lead our mobile app development team. As a senior Flutter developer, you'll be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement features for our mobile apps using Flutter.
  • Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with junior developers to mentor and guide them in their career growth.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
  • Review code, enforce best practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 2-3 years in Flutter/Dart.
  • Strong hands-on experience with state management, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
  • Experience with REST API integration, JSON handling, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Published apps on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
  • Knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Git workflows.

Preferred Skills:

  • Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) experience.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL / WebSockets.
  • Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS apps.
