  • Meticulously document your software to ensure clear understanding of the features and components you create.

  • Actively engage in defect resolution by identifying root causes and delivering comprehensive solutions.
  • Contribute to the advancement of operational excellence within a rapidly expanding technology stack.
  • Take charge of problem-solving, propose effective solutions, and ensure seamless handover to relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage in discussions regarding design, project scope, and prioritization within the team.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, innovation initiatives, and potentially contribute to patent filings.
  • Play an essential role in the interview process and actively support team training and peer mentorship.
  • Evaluate key performance metrics and participate in shaping the evolution of our tech product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
  • 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
