Job Title: Sales Manager Automotive Aftermarket

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager Automotive Aftermarket will be responsible for managing the activities of multiple large customer accounts within MHXX and a defined specific market segment. This includes the strategic development of key accounts, management of all commercial issues, and ensuring that customers receive high-quality service and products while presenting negotiating terms of sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day sales activities for a group of customers within MHXX to maintain long-term relationships with them.
  • Identify sales opportunities and implement defined sales strategies for specific key accounts or customers within MHXX to achieve M+H revenue targets and service goals.
  • Visit new and existing customers, consult them on all market-relevant M+H products, provide information on new products that could fit customers' business needs, conduct product trainings/workshops, undertake the role of consultant through analytic tools, and prepare presentations.
  • Monitor the sales performance of customers, including turnover, forecasting, and receivables, while receiving and giving feedback on critical issues, directing customers to achieve their goals.
  • Support key accounts or customers in the development of growth strategies, pricing strategies, marketing programs, etc., to ensure optimal market performance and competitiveness.
  • Process customer complaints/product returns.
  • Oversee sales support activities, such as sales administration, sales representatives, BDEs, customer service, invoicing, and credit and collections, to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of education.
  • 5-6+ years of Automotive work experience in the aftermarket sector (working with Automotive Component Industry).
  • Well-versed in channel management/dealer handling.
  • Business acumen, customer orientation, organization, and coordination skills, self-initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Leadership skills, conflict management, communication skills.
  • MS Office skills, Microsoft PPT, Advanced Excel, tech-savvy, and adaptable.
