The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP & QM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Planning and Execution team, you will be responsible for business-facing support and development for various applications in the Supply Chain Planning Applications (PP and QM).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide business-facing support and development for various applications in the Supply Chain Planning Applications (PP and QM).
  2. Act as an expert for the global business processes within the function, own the execution of different projects activities, and ensure the smooth execution of critical business processes.
  3. Collaborate with business teams/technical teams and IT counterparts for daily support incidents and project activities in different business areas across all geographies.
  4. Ability to understand the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Manufacturing (PP & QM) and its Integration, End-to-End projects integrating with various systems, e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and MES Configuration.
  • Good understanding of SAP PP & QM, including Material Master, Bill of Material, Routing, Production Version, Quality Management Master Data, and Transaction Data.
  • Good understanding of Production Planning and Execution - Discrete & Repetitive cycles, MTS, and MTO.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs into technical specifications in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically to identify and communicate root causes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats.
  • Proficient English language skills.
