We are seeking a skilled Interface Integration Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HL7 standards, hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability and interface development, and excellent problem-solving skills.

About the Role

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex healthcare interfaces using Corepoint, Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect), and Rhapsody. The successful candidate will create and modify interfaces to support new clinical workflows and business requirements.

  • Design, develop, and implement complex healthcare interfaces.
  • Perform rigorous testing of interfaces to ensure data integrity, message routing accuracy, and system reliability.
  • Monitor interface performance and provide timely support for production issues.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in healthcare integration/interface development and strong knowledge of HL7 standards (v2.x, v3, FHIR, CCD). They will also be familiar with various communication protocols such as SFTP, MLLP, and web services (SOAP/REST) and have hands-on expertise in at least one interface engine: Corepoint, Rhapsody, or Mirth.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare integration/interface development.
  • Strong knowledge of HL7 standards (v2.x, v3, FHIR, CCD).
  • Familiarity with database concepts and ability to write and execute SQL queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical staff.
