About our Data Analytics Team

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to lead our data analytics efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and statistical modeling, with experience in e-commerce or related environments.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering complex models and addressing business problems.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses are essential for this role.

A bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data scientists to deliver complex models and address business problems.
  • Apply expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.
  • Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling in e-commerce or related environments.
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning).
  • Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses.
  • Prior experience working in the eCommerce sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
