Job Overview:

Hiring for a leading CA firm in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop audit planning documentation addressing scope, audit objective, budgeted hours, resource plan, and reporting date.
  • Conduct assigned audits, address all audit objectives, hold client and status meetings as required, monitor and report on audit progress, review work papers, and ensure they provide adequate support for conclusions while complying with internal standards for documentation.
  • Monitor assignments to improve efficiency, manage audits in relation to time and resource budgets.
  • Verify that all findings and issues are documented and perform closure procedures.
  • Gather and compile information and data.
  • Maintain strong relationships across the organization.
  • Provide recommendations for strengthening controls.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and constant change, as well as working independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report-writing skills. A solid understanding of INDAS, and the Companies Act is also essential.

They should be able to think conceptually, visualize different scenarios, and decide based on analysis and logical reasoning.
