Interior Architecture Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Architect to join our team in Nashik, India.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented individual to contribute to the design and development of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Development: Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings in AutoCAD to ensure accurate representation of design concepts.
  • 3D Modeling & Visualization: Create stunning 3D models and visualizations in SketchUp to enhance the design experience.
  • Concept Development & Documentation: Support concept development and detailed design documentation to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal team members to guarantee timely and high-quality project completion.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and timely execution, ensuring that projects meet our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory for this role.
  • Construction Knowledge: Knowledge of construction details, materials, and design standards is essential for success in this position.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent) is required.
  • Communication & Teamwork Skills: Good communication and teamwork skills are necessary to work effectively with our team and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience (freshers can also apply).
  • Rendering Skills: Rendering skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Project Experience: Experience in residential, office, and hospitality projects is preferred.
