Lead Visual Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Visual Designer to join our team. As the creative force behind our visual identity, you will shape how the world sees and experiences our brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to lead design projects from concept to delivery, working hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams. Your goal will be to establish Beacon as a visual leader in the enterprise AI space and ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.

About This Opportunity
  • Main Responsibilities: Create stunning visuals, produce or orchestrate video content that brings our platform to life, and foster a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
  • Key Performance Indicators: Build design's influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams, create and maintain our complete visual language system across all mediums - digital, UI, video, print, and emerging platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Becoming Part of Our Team

  • 5-8 years of experience in visual design with a portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact work.
  • Proven track record designing for B2B/enterprise software or technology companies.
  • Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery.
  • Background in both digital and traditional design mediums, as well as video.
