About this role

  • We are seeking a recent graduate or early-career professional to build a career in marine structural design and development.
  • This position provides hands-on training, direct involvement, and collaboration in the design, drafting, and analysis of marine structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers in preparing design calculations, drawings, and specifications for marine structures.
  • Support in structural analysis and prepare CAD drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD software.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and records.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Basic knowledge of structural design principles and marine standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D drafting) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
