We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Fitness Trainer and Operations Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and delivering personalized fitness programs to clients while working closely with the founder on operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:- Client Delivery: Develop and deliver tailored fitness programs to clients, focusing on strong communication and achieving results and retention.
- Operations Support: Collaborate with the founder to drive operations, strategy, and client success, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Manage feedback from clients and internal stakeholders, implementing systems, playbooks, and scalable processes to enhance delivery and drive growth.
- Contribute to the growth of India's first Gen Z-focused fitness brand for Indians abroad by leveraging your skills and expertise to drive impact and success.
- Work closely with the founder at the intersection of fitness, operations, and growth, developing a unique blend of business acumen and fitness expertise.
