Big Data Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Big Data Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and fine-tuning programs/applications using Python/PySpark/Scala on Big Data/Hadoop Platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Big Data/Hadoop Platform and experience with Spark, PySpark, Python, Hive, Scala, MapReduce, and Unix shell scripting.

  • Developing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Enhancing machine learning models using PySpark or Scala.
  • Collaborating with data scientists to build ML models based on business requirements and follow the ML cycle to deploy them in production environments.

In order to succeed in this position, you must have:

  • 4+ years of experience with developing/fine-tuning and implementing programs/applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Big Data/Hadoop Platform.
  • Experience with Spark, PySpark, Python, Hive, Scala, MapReduce, and Unix shell scripting.
