Job Title:

AWS Cloud Engineering Expert

As a seasoned AWS Cloud Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure using best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain AWS environments including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, NoSQL Database), IAM, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Lambda, and more.
  • Manage and optimize Amazon RDS instances, backup policies, multi-AZ deployments, read replicas, performance tuning, and failover testing.
  • Lead or support migration of workloads from on-premises environments to AWS using AWS Migration Hub, Application Migration Service (MGN), DMS, or Snowball.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK.
  • Automate system provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, GuardDuty, Inspector, and AWS Security Hub.
  • Collaborate with cloud teams to ensure compliance and enforce cloud security standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing AWS infrastructure at scale.
  • Strong expertise in networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages.
  • Deep knowledge of IAM, roles, policies, and AWS security best practices.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon RDS and AWS migration tools.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS) and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
