Optimising System Architect

We are seeking a Performance Modelling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our group, you will be responsible for modelling and simulation of workload dataflow networks and clock accurate SOC components.
You will work closely with architects in the development of next generation devices and collaborate with customer facing teams to identify scope of optimization for future market scenarios.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer architecture, Hardware performance metrics and bottlenecks. Experience in performance profiling, creating experiments to address various use-cases and doing design space exploration is also highly desirable.
In this role, you will break down system level designs into simpler dataflow models and identify bottlenecks, capture memory and communication overheads. You will also enhance existing tools and knowledgebase, share knowledge with teammates through thorough documentation, and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Modelling and simulation of workload dataflow networks and clock accurate SOC components.
- Performance analysis and identification of bottlenecks.
- Quick prototyping, long-term design decisions, and exploring novel architectures.
- Enhancement of existing tools and knowledgebase.
- Collaboration with architects in the development of next generation devices.
- Collaboration with customer facing teams to identify scope of optimisation for future market scenarios.
- B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields, with appropriate prior experience.
- Strong background in Computer architecture, Hardware performance metrics and bottlenecks.
- Experience in performance profiling, creating experiments to address various use-cases and doing design space exploration.
