You'll work closely with writers, editors, designers, and the strategy team to create compelling stories optimized for viewer retention.

  • Craft scripts that combine storytelling, education, and entertainment.">
  • Lead the process from ideation to execution - including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.">
  • Coordinate with editors, designers, voiceover artists, and other collaborators to ensure on-time, high-quality video delivery.">
  • Write clickbait titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to maximize YouTube optimization.">
  • Track video metrics and retention analytics to make data-backed decisions.">

Requirements:

  2. 3+ years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.">
  3. Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.">
  4. Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.">
  5. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, etc.">
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.">
