SLP Specialist L4, Security Operations Leader

The main goal of this position is to ensure the safeguarding of people and assets at a Sort Centre in accordance with global security guidelines and policies.
Primary Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide high-quality and timely support to operations
- Implement and monitor security plans, including guard force profiling and post-site instructions
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly, and annual reports
- Ensure all control room systems are functioning properly and regular patrolling observations are conducted
- Conduct audits and certifications, including keeping plans and SOPs updated and preparing documents for internal and external audits
- Process improvement and loss prevention programs
- Scrap disposal auditing and security system management
- Loss prevention analysis and security stores and assets maintenance
- University degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification
- A minimum of 6-8 years in SLP department, law enforcement, or security-related profession
- Extensive knowledge of security equipment and technology
- Experience in managing or coordinating security investigations of complex nature
- Knowledge of information security processes and systems
