Job Title: Cinema Representative

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic individual to serve as the face of our premium cinema property in Gurugram.

As a Cinema Representative, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, addressing concerns with empathy, and promoting our property on social media.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong relationships with building management, staff, and customers, and the ability to drive positive brand visibility through on-ground presence and community engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent the cinema and interact with building management, staff, and customers
  • Ensure customer delight while addressing concerns with empathy
  • Promote the cinema on social media and engage influencers
  • Organize events, activations, and special previews
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, PR, Hospitality, or Media
  • An active Instagram profile with 10K+ followers
  • A pleasing, positive personality with excellent communication skills
  • Strong connections with local influencers and partners
  • Flexible working hours and a passion for cinema and entertainment
