Job Description:

The Control Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and control design evaluations to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective control procedures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of control strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders on control effectiveness and risk management efforts.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in controls assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics techniques and their application in risk management.
  • Experience working with databases and data science/analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI).
  • Relevant professional certification (CA, CIA, CS, MBA) or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
