Office Administrator Role

The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization by overseeing daily tasks, coordinating travel, and managing business communication. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who excels at multitasking and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage office operations to maintain efficiency.
    • Maintain organized records and correspondence.
  • Travel Coordination:
    • Plan and book travel arrangements.
    • Maintain travel calendars and ensure timely confirmations.
  • Drafting & Documentation:
    • Draft professional business documents.
    • Prepare reports and coordinate reimbursements.
  • Coordination & Liaison:
    • Coordinate with internal teams.
    • Liaise with external agencies as required.
  • Office Management:
    • Monitor office supplies and initiate procurement.
    • Support HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration; manufacturing/logistics experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Skilled in drafting formal business documents with strong grammar and formatting.
  • Proven experience with travel coordination and expense reporting.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
