Highly Scalable Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team. As a key member of our data platform team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that enables our data products at scale.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in cloud data platforms, data modeling, and distributed data processing engines. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement highly scalable data pipelines to handle large volumes of data
- Develop and maintain data models to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with data stakeholders to identify data needs and develop solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members in their technical development
- 3+ years of experience in building and running data pipelines that scale for TBs of data
- Proficiency in high-level object-oriented programming languages (Python or Java)
- Experience in Cloud data platforms like Snowflake and AWS, EMR/Athena
- Knowledge of workflow orchestrators like Airflow
