Impact Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the advancement of our sustainability agenda in India, focusing on social and environmental issues.

Job Summary:

  • Lead the execution of global strategies for environmental responsibility, diversity & belonging, health & well-being, and philanthropy within India.
  • Design and deliver initiatives that reflect local needs and priorities while remaining consistent with global frameworks.
  • Develop annual plans for India, set measurable local targets, and track progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and execute global strategies for environmental responsibility, diversity & belonging, health & well-being, and philanthropy within India.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders in India, engaging and influencing them to actively support our impact agenda in India.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR or DEI as well as employee engagement programs.
  • Cultural awareness and strong understanding of India's sustainability, philanthropic, and DEI landscape.
  • Ability to confidently engage and influence senior leadership, building trust and alignment on key priorities.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
