Job Title: Operations Optimization Specialist

We seek an experienced professional to drive operational excellence, ensure data accuracy, and provide critical insights. This role involves managing pipeline data, marketing initiatives, reporting, analysis, and process optimization.

About the Role
  • Pipeline Management:
  1. Conduct regular hygiene checks on pipeline data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  2. Maintain and update the real-time dashboard by ensuring accurate and timely feeding of pipeline data.
Marketing Management:
  1. Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives for software, partnerships & alliances.
  2. Work on required documentation and database management for campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis:
  1. Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports without any misses, ensuring timely distribution to stakeholders.
  2. Develop and present performance review templates and views for various functions to key management personnel monthly.
  3. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of board decks on a periodic basis.
  4. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:
  1. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows across all functions.
  2. Design and implement effective processes to optimize operational efficiency.
  3. Reduce administrative tasks by identifying opportunities for automation and actively working on their implementation.
Inside sales & Lead generation activities:
  1. Manage lead funnel with various lead generation avenues and track recommendations.
  2. Lead outreach and set up meetings for team members.
Coordination & alignment with HQ:
  1. Work as a bridge between Business functions and HQ to coordinate and align on scheduled and ad-hoc reports, initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 3-4 years of experience in MIS, Inside Sales Operations, or Sales Operations.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of designing and optimizing operational processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
