Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Interior Space Planner in our interior execution team.

This critical position requires excellent organizational skills, strong client communication, and a deep understanding of project processes in the interior field.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects to ensure smooth execution.
  • Tracking and monitoring design changes and updating documentation accordingly.
  • Cordinating with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.
  • Organizing and maintaining all project-related files and documentation.
  • Serving as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Cordinating with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion.
  • Conducting budget analysis to ensure costs are within approved limits.
  • Assisting in final billing and closure of project accounts.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
