Job Title: IAM Engineer

Job Description:

The organization seeks an experienced Information Access Management professional to handle Identity and Access Management responsibilities.

This role involves overseeing the administration and support of Identity and Access Management systems, including ISAM Module skills such as Base, Advance Access Control (AAC), and Federation.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Identity Access Management/LDAP operations support, ISAM administration, and support for Base, AAC, and Federation Modules.

Key responsibilities include configuring Single Sign-On solutions using Access Manager, Federated Single Sign-On using SAML Standards, and understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAuth, ADFS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Identity Access Management/LDAP operations support
  • ISAM administration and support for Base, AAC, and Federation Modules
  • Configuring Single Sign-On solutions using Access Manager
  • Federated Single Sign-On using SAML Standards
  • Understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAuth, ADFS
Benefits:

The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations support activities, workflow knowledge in design/implementations, provisioning process, junctions, adapters, Clustering, Policies, User registries.

Additionally, they will participate in Architecture & Design aspects of IAM, migration and implementation experience in ISAM, leading and participating in outage calls, creating Standard Operating Procedure and updating the knowledge database documentation whenever required.

They will also participate in daily/weekly/monthly/customer/internal meetings and provide activities report, create policy and procedure manual, understand the SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the TCS agreement with customer.
