Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This role will involve ensuring the quality of our products from raw material inspection to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raw Material Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • In-House Production Quality: Oversee the production process to guarantee that products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Subcontract Inspection: Monitor subcontractors' work to ensure compliance with our quality control measures.
  • Maintenance and Calibration: Regularly inspect and maintain quality control equipment, including calibration to ensure accuracy.
  • Quality Planning: Collaborate with management to develop and implement quality plans aligned with contractual requirements.
  • Rejection and Quality Issues: Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or product rejections in a timely manner.
  • AS9100 and ISO Standards: Work closely with management representatives to ensure adherence to AS9100 and ISO standards.
  • Vendor Evaluation: Assess vendors based on their performance and ability to meet our quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
