Senior RPA Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RPA tools, business analysis, project management, and team leadership.

  • Proficiency in RPA tools, specifically UiPath, including the UiPath Process Mining tool is required.
  • Basics knowledge of Database Management is necessary.
  • Strong documentation skills, including AS IS, TO BE, PDD, User Manual, and BRD are expected.
  • Expertise in bug reporting and tracking using tools like Jira and Bugzilla is essential.
  • Basics knowledge of APIs is beneficial.
Software Testing Expertise

A strong understanding of software testing concepts across all phases of SDLC and STLC is required.

  • Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication is necessary.
  • Strong expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and risk management is expected.
  • Proficiency in preparing business process models, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications is required.
  • Experience in handling teams and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
  • Ability to identify business requirements, functional design, and process improvements is necessary.
  • Skilled in analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities and propose RPA strategies.
  • Experience in team leadership and mentorship is desired.
  • Banking applications such as CBS and Trade Finance knowledge is beneficial.
Qualifications

B. Tech. with Post Graduate Diploma / MCA/ MBA in Information Technology or related field is required.
