Visual Design Professional

We are seeking a creative and ambitious Visual Design Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, hone your skills in visual design, and develop expertise in industry-standard tools.

Responsibilities
  • Design Creation: Develop graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, digital ads, and brochures.
  • Customize designs to meet brand guidelines and project-specific requirements.
  • Tool Mastery: Work with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and emerging platforms like Figma and Canva.
  • Gradually take on more complex design challenges as your skills develop.
  • Video Editing and Animation: Assist with video editing tasks such as trimming, adding transitions, and creating animations using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Contribute to motion graphic projects for dynamic social media campaigns.
  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with marketers, writers, and designers to brainstorm ideas and execute projects.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, offering creative input and new perspectives.
  • Brand Development: Help maintain consistent branding across all digital and print materials, from logo placement to color schemes.
  • Support in building brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in visual representation.
  • Campaign Design: Assist in creating social media banners, email headers, infographics, and ad creatives for marketing campaigns.
  • Experiment with trending design styles to keep campaigns fresh and appealing.
  • Research and Inspiration: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and evolving aesthetics.
  • Contribute to mood boards and visual concepts that set the tone for creative projects.
  • UX and Digital Design: Learn to design user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.
  • Assist with optimizing website visuals, layouts, and mobile-friendly content.
  • Quality Assurance: Review designs to ensure accuracy, alignment, and quality.
  • Identify and resolve minor issues before submission.

This role requires basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma, creativity, strong communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. Prior experience or coursework in graphic design is a plus but not mandatory.
