AccorHotel is seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team.

• Opening and Closing Duties: Coordinate and assist in the preparation of the bar area, ensuring all settings are completed according to standards and procedures prior to the start of operation.
• Team Supervision: Assist management in supervising junior team members and casual labor, ensuring all tasks assigned are carried out on time and according to instruction and departmental standards.
• Reservations and Orders: Take and record restaurant reservations/cancellations in accordance with departmental standards, reconfirming reservations through phone calls or email on a daily basis. Take food and beverage orders according to guests' requirements and preferences.
• Service Delivery: Deliver food and beverage services in accordance with departmental standards and procedures, ensuring all food and beverage are served according to service standards.
• Sales and Promotion: Upsell and promote food and beverage offers at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue, cross-selling other dining venues when the outlet is full.
• Guest Interaction: Try to remember individual patrons' names and their preferences to extend a personalized service, handling guests' complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently.
• Hygiene and Safety: Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP), collecting food and beverage supply requisitions and ensuring that the stock collected is as per requisition.
• Outlet Operation: Supervise and assist in assigned work stations' activities, overseeing the operation of the outlet in the absence of management, and assisting other Food and Beverage outlets with their operations during peak times or when required.
