Blockchain Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled blockchain developer to design, develop, and implement scalable decentralized applications and smart contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement smart contracts using Solidity or other blockchain-specific languages.
  • Develop and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) on various blockchain networks.
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate blockchain solutions.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed during development.
  • Conduct code reviews and write unit/integration tests for smart contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in the blockchain ecosystem.
  • Optimize blockchain protocols and ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all blockchain-related development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in blockchain development.
  • Hands-on experience with Solidity, Ethereum, EVM, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, and peer-to-peer networks.
  • Experience with development tools like Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache, or Remix.
  • Familiarity with Web3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js).
  • Proficient in Git and version control systems.
  • Knowledge of cryptographic principles and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with non-EVM chains (e.g., Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos, Near, etc.).
  • Understanding of Layer 2 solutions, sidechains, and rollups.
  • Prior experience with NFT platforms, DeFi protocols, or DAO systems.
  • Familiarity with IPFS, The Graph, Chainlink, and other Web3 tools.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
