Your Role in Our Story

We're seeking a Growth Program Manager to navigate our journey towards sustainable growth and success.

This key member of our team will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to drive real impact.

  • Data & Analytics
    • Analyze business data across sales, marketing, and operations.
    • Develop dashboards to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
    • Partner with marketing to connect web traffic to lead gen, CRM, and revenue attribution.
    • Surface insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.
  • Strategy and Execution
    • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces.
    • Develop mini-strategies for growth experiments in new geographies, verticals, or customer segments.
    • Prepare concise reports and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Sales Enablement & Operations
    • Owning CRM automations, including lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, and integrations.
    • Manage sales reporting and dashboards, ensuring visibility into KPIs across teams.
    • Support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
    • Identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
  • Project & Program Management
    • Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
    • Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
    • Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects from ideation to results tracking.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources.
