Web3 Content Strategist Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Web3 Content Strategist to develop and execute content strategies aligned with our goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience writing threads or short-form social content, as well as knowledge of Web3, gaming, and crypto ecosystems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media campaigns end-to-end, using project management tools like Notion and Trello to organize and track campaigns.

They will also identify and fill content gaps, staying on top of trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space.

A solid background in Web3, understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies is required.

The role requires an eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space, as well as the ability to craft tweets that encourage likes, retweets, and replies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the agency's goals and objectives.
  2. Client-side content management, editing, cross-checking facts, and delivering final work.
  3. Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality, working closely with internal teams as well as freelancers.
  4. Manage social media campaigns end-to-end (planning, execution, and analysis).
  5. Identify and fill content gaps, keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  6. Use project management tools like Notion and Trello to organize and track campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Experience writing threads or short-form social content.
  • Experience across various content formats such as Crypto technical docs, X threads, posts, Discord announcements, and crypto blogs is preferred.
  • A solid background in Web3, with particular knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems.
  • Understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies.
  • Eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space.
  • Understanding of how to craft tweets that encourage likes, retweets, and replies.
