Job Title: Project Development Manager

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering outcomes that meet or exceed expectations.
  • In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate project activities, and serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to enhance process efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Development Manager in a similar role with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in managing teams and building relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse groups and stakeholders.
