Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled Senior Accounts Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations.

This role requires strong expertise in GST, income tax laws and hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, ensuring financial compliance, accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting functions including billing, invoicing, general ledger, bank reconciliation and cash flow.
  • Manage timely and accurate closure of books of accounts monthly and annually.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS and income tax.
  • Stay updated with relevant changes in tax laws and ensure company-wide compliance.

Reporting & Controls:

  • Work extensively with Tally ERP for daily entries and reporting.
  • Generate custom reports and perform financial analysis using advanced MS Excel tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and conditional formatting.

Interdepartmental Coordination & Qualification:

  • Supervise and support junior accounting staff in daily operations.
  • Collaborate with procurement, HR and operations for reconciliations and expense management.

Requirements:

  • CA (Freshly qualified) B.Com / M.com
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory)
  • Strong command over Microsoft Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS and income tax rules and filings
  • Familiarity with Indian Accounting Standards and general ledger principles
