Job Title: Project Manager - Urban Infrastructure

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our urban infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, team leadership, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely deliverables and overall project administration.
  • Manage contract-related tasks and oversee project execution to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Develop activity schedules and plan for site progress, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Oversee the design process for all elements, including working drawings.
  • Collaborate with conservation specialists and archaeologists to provide accurate estimates for the project.
  • Prepare associated bidding documents and assist in the bidding process, including bid invitations, evaluations, and contract awards for all project components.
  • Support in the overall management of works, resolving contractual issues as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Experience as Team Leader of at least 3-5 urban/Tourism sector flagship programs of the Government of India.
  • Experience working in Himalayan regions/states (Preferably Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Assam, and West Bengal).
  • Extensive multilateral/Overseas funded projects experience (Minimum 4 projects).
