Vessel Planning Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Vessel Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating vessel arrivals and departures, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maximizing productivity.

About the Job
  • Act as a focal point between the execution team and planning team to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Develop and implement effective crane work plans for vessels calling at the terminal.
  • Prioritize vessel planning activities to maximize efficiency of resources.
  • Achieve maximum productivity by optimizing resource usage, including cranes.
  • Monitor execution against plan and ensure accurate and timely loading and discharging operations.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of terminal operations and container shipping industry.
  • Proven track record in similar roles.
