Job Opportunity

The Senior Engineer will collaborate with distributed teams to facilitate changes and upgrades to Enphase production test hardware and software.

  • Develop and document test system procedures and maintenance protocols.
  • Coordinate closely with the Mfg. SW Development Team to design a fault-tolerant test system.
  • Maintain, debug, and support production facilities where test systems are deployed.

Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or suitable educational background/work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical/electronic manufacturing test environment.
  • Expertise in power electronics.
  • Proficiency in Python programming is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with database management (SQL or similar).
  • SPC/DOE knowledge.
  • Experience supporting Yield Improvement projects.
  • Experience enhancing Manufacturing Test Processes.
  • Failure Analysis Techniques.
