Application Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled Application Architect to assist in defining business process requirements and designing applications using ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and design solutions that meet operational requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application architecture and development.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management, preferably in application design and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management is required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or Engineering or related field.Certifications:

Must hold Certified ServiceNow ITSM Fundamentals; Optional Certified ServiceNow ITOM or GRC ITAM.
