We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Assurance Associate. This role will involve working on various auditing projects, identifying accounting issues, and reviewing work product and performance.

About the Job
  • Identify accounting issues, document facts and findings, and discuss with senior/Assistant Managers.
  • Work on various auditing projects.
  • Review work product and performance.
  • Service multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Develop one-on-one relationships with US-based audit leads.
  • Ensure accurate reports sent to clients within scheduled timeframes.
  • Drive quality project deliverables.
  • Participate in Training and Development to hone skills of peers and self.
  • BUILD INTERNAL AUDITING SYSTEMS AND ENSURE THEIR CORRECT APPLICATION.
  • Verify company financial information.
  • Prepare audit reports and statements for review.
  • Knowledgeably answer client audit queries in good time.
Requirements for Successful Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Organizational skills to provide client reports within scheduled time frames.
  • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills.
  • Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges.
