Data Engineer Position

Job Opportunity: Data Engineers are sought after for various roles across the globe. We're looking for experienced professionals to join our team in Pune, Indore, or Ahmedabad.

As a Data Engineer at Einfochips, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems.

  • Design and develop data solutions using Snowflake, Databricks, SQL databases, PySpark, Tableau, and ETL processes.
  • Develop expertise in analytic data warehouse technologies, including Snowflake (knowledge of Snowflake Cortex is a plus) and Databricks SQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines, warehouses, and lakes.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability by implementing robust testing and validation procedures.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the development of innovative data solutions.
Key Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of building and managing data solutions.
  • Expertise in analytic data warehouse technologies, including Snowflake (knowledge of Snowflake Cortex is a plus) and Databricks SQL.
  • Strong proficiency in ETL tools such as SSIS and knowledge of big data frameworks like Cloudera.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in PySpark for data processing and transformation.
  • Experience with various databases and file formats, including MS SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake, AWS S3, JSON, CSV, XML, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
  • Experience with version control systems like GitHub and SVN.
  • Familiarity with ticket tracking systems like Jira.
  • Experience with development environments such as Visual Studio and SSMS.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
