The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related major and relevant Salesforce certification. They should have experience working with Salesforce CRM systems in a technical capacity and 2+ years of performing QA for medium to large Salesforce organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Design test processes and procedures to ensure an end-to-end regression test suite
  • Turn high-level requirements into test scenarios through the user story refinement process
  • Demonstrate testing actions to team members and stakeholders

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related major and relevant Salesforce certification
  • Experience working with Sales Force CRM systems in a technical capacity
  • 2+ years performing QA for medium to large Salesforce organizations
  • Experience with Sales Cloud required and CPQ is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
