Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Education Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements.

You will effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our platform and its features. This will involve counselling in both face-to-face and remote settings, as well as managing detailed records of student queries and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably 18-24 months in college counselling teams.
  • Any Bachelor's degree, ideally BTech in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales-related activities.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language (both written and spoken).
