Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Controls Testing Lead. In this position, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing controls testing plans.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing testing activities, planning and executing control tests, and communicating results to senior management.

  • Support the Controls Manager in assurance planning and identify key risks in access management.
  • Plan and execute control tests, reviewing work quality and ensuring alignment with our assurance methodology.
  • Prepare reports reflecting results of work performed and advise on solutions and remediation activities.
  • Present results to senior management to gain agreement.

As a seasoned expert, you will have strong communication and influencing skills, commercial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively.

Requirements include experience in scoping, executing, and reporting access management control testing, proven ability to influence improvements in the control environment, and expertise in query resolution, report writing, and presenting findings.
