AI Innovation Lead

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to push the boundaries of applied intelligence and drive business growth.

  • Design and build comprehensive AI pipelines that integrate data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Develop scalable infrastructure by architecting APIs, microservices, and data systems that seamlessly integrate with live products.
  • Prototype innovative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and autonomous agents—and deploy them into production.
  • Think holistically across model work, backend engineering, and systems design.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

What We Need From You

  • Deep expertise in software engineering best practices and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Node.js.
  • Experience working with ML/AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering & databases (SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage).
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deployment techniques using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • A builder's mindset -comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
  • Experience working on multi-modal systems (text, voice, vision).
  • Interest in generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.
  • Previous work in startups or venture studios.
