About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineering Lead who can drive the development of our cloud-based solutions. As part of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure, APIs, and microservices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js, experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and a solid understanding of retail domain principles. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of cloud-based solutions and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Work closely with QA engineers to identify and resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Node.js and cloud computing.
  • Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
