Internal auditors play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of an organization's operations. At United-HR-Solutions-Pvt-Ltd, we seek a seasoned professional to fill this position.

About the Role
  • We are looking for an experienced internal auditor with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating risks within manufacturing industries.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing internal audit plans in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other relevant regulations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementing change. You will also be responsible for reviewing internal audit procedures, processes, and SOPs to ensure compliance with prevailing operating standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop internal audit plans in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other relevant regulations.
  • Review internal audit procedures, processes, and SOPs to ensure compliance with prevailing operating standards.
  • Perform special investigative, spot, and individual audits according to SOPs and international audit standards.
  • Develop and execute monthly stock plans in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct verification of company assets, stock, and make recommendations on safeguarding and protection.
  • Review and report transactions and costing studies as directed by the Lead-Internal-Auditor.
  • Conduct scheduled and special audits and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Review and update audit risk plans in relation to audit plans.
  • Discuss and disseminate audit findings and recommendations with the Lead-Internal-Auditor.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in internal auditing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
