We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join our organization in a key role that will play a pivotal part in supporting business decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and be responsible for leading global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes. They will build, maintain, and improve financial models to evaluate business performance across countries and revenue verticals.
- Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance.
- Prepare regular reporting packages with clear analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage detailed cash forecasts to monitor cash burn.
- Support scenario planning, long-range financial models, and ad hoc strategic analyses.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, preferably in a high-growth company. Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential, along with experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting.
