As a Student Guidance Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering students to make informed decisions about their university applications. Our digital platform is dedicated to providing impartial and free content, as well as expert advice, to support students throughout their educational journey.

Working with students from diverse backgrounds across the globe, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in counseling and student guidance. Your passion for helping others and commitment to providing exceptional service will be essential in delivering our mission to simplify the world of education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent.
  • Passion for helping students and giving them impartial and honest advice on studying abroad.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills.
  • Experience in counseling students, preferably from the study abroad sector.
  • Maintain good record-keeping at all times in our CRM system.
  • Deliver talks/presentations on behalf of the company in webinars/seminars and virtual counseling sessions via Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Provide students with accurate and clear information, as well as answer all inquiries from students.
  • Be willing to work flexibly and adjust working hours to suit the needs of the company.
