We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Processor to join our team at Anand Rathi Global Finance Limited. This role is responsible for processing SME loans and managing relationships with clients.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 15,00,000 - ₹ 25,00,000 per annum

Job Description:

  • Process SME loan applications and ensure timely disbursement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Source new business opportunities and identify potential revenue streams.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
