Job Title:

Cloud Network Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Network Specialist with years of experience in cloud network domains. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and troubleshooting cloud load balancers, cloud firewalls, and VPNs.

In this role, you will be assisting cloud-related tasks as part of the migration project and collaborate with cross-functional teams including cloud operations team, Application support team, automation team, and project teams.

Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot the cloud network environment focusing on cloud load balancer and firewall expertise.
  • Collaborate with product support, development, and cloud operations teams for timely and appropriate communication regarding assigned tasks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including infrastructure operations, architecture, and security teams.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Collaborate with customer and internal stakeholders to build VPN tunnels and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall experience in Information Technology with 6+ years of relevant expertise in cloud load balancers, cloud firewalls, ASA/PALO ALTO/AZURE firewalls.

Desirable Skills:

  • Cloud Load Balancer Skills: Administration, rule development, SSL management, advanced networking concepts, traffic management policies.
  • Firewall Skills: Configuration policies and VPN tunnel configuration and troubleshooting.
